Hi, my name is Taylore Algee
I created Atlantic Body Care to offer the kind of support I believe every person deserves care that feels calming, compassionate, grounding, and genuinely human.
My Approach
My work is rooted in the understanding that wellness is never just one thing. It’s nourishment. It’s movement. It’s rest. It’s feeling safe, supported, and cared for during life’s most vulnerable and transformative seasons.
My journey into this work began in 2013 when I attended culinary and pastry school. Food quickly became more than just cooking to me—it became comfort, connection, healing, and a way to care for people in a deeply tangible way. Years later, I completed my yoga teacher training in 2019, where I fell in love with the power of breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and helping people reconnect with their bodies in a gentle and supportive way.
In 2021, I completed my doula training, bringing together everything I had learned about care, nourishment, movement, and emotional support into one path. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and everyday life transitions with steady, non-judgmental care.
I know how overwhelming life can feel sometimes
Especially during pregnancy, postpartum, burnout, major transitions, or seasons where you’re carrying more than anyone realizes. My goal is to help people feel less alone in those moments. I want my clients to feel safe enough to exhale, ask questions, rest, and be cared for without pressure or expectation.
My approach blends evidence-based support with holistic care. Through doula services, private yoga, postpartum support, culinary guidance, meal preparation, crystal sound baths, and wellness offerings, I aim to support the whole person—not just one piece of them.
Whether I’m helping someone prepare nourishing postpartum meals, guiding restorative movement, supporting a birth, or simply holding space during a difficult moment, I believe the smallest acts of care can have the biggest impact.
I’m so glad you’re here.
